Dato’ Sri (R) LT. K. Kanthasamy  Kaliappan has  a  BA degree in Geography from the  University of London. He served as  a Naval Officer stationed at the  Lumut base.  Prior to this,  he was  teaching for 10 years. Seeking a  more challenging  profession in nation building,  he founded  Desuvara (M) Sdn Bhd. With  28 years of experience in  construction and development, Dato’ Sri  plays a crucial role where he is directly involved in the pulse of its operations and management.    Dato’Sri  envisions  that  this   company is  set to grow exponentially to become a  leading development oriented conglomerate  with   multidisciplinary civil construction capabilities

Datin Sri Rajamal  graduated with a B. Ed in TESL from the University of Malaya. Complementing Dato Sri (R) Lt. K. Kanthasamy’s  position as CEO,  she  plays an important role as the  Director of the company. She retired from teaching and  has a profound talent in analysing and managing all investments made of the company. She also manages the company  and comes up with  new ideas  to refine and redefine  procedures and  processes  to continuously  improve efficiency and  the professionalism  within the company.

Mr. Varman  is  the youngest Executive Director for the company. He joined the company in 2018  after   graduating with  a Degree in Civil Engineering from the  University of Nebraska. He  is directly involved in project management  and  collaborates  with the supply chain of   the  industry. He avails himself as an  expert in  Benefit and   Costs   analysis. And given his passion for details, he has   been appointed  as the Executive Director of the company.
